Influenced equally by artists such as D’Angelo, Joshua Redman, Chick Corea, and Herbie Hancock, the Beau Golden Quartet play a high energy fusion of jazz, swing and heavy groove. Featuring Beau Golden (Keyboards), Daniel Walsh (Guitar), Ivan Pineda (Bass) and Mike Avenaim (Drums) the quartet have played the Manly Jazz Festival, the UNSW Roundhouse, Bondi Markets among others since their formation in 2005.
Together these four talented young musicians have played for countless Sydney acts ranging from jazz to rock and pop, including Bob Barnard, Rebecca Barnard (Rebecca’s Empire), Casey Donovan (Idol), Watussi & Son Veneno to name a few, as well as each individually writing and producing for other pop/rock artists Beau says he “can’t wait to play some of their new compositions from the new album. It’ll be great to give everyone a little taste before the release later this year” The Quartet are currently in the process of recording their debut album and will be back at the Manly Jazz Festival in October.

Cabaret @ Moskaba presents the very best of Sydney Cabaret to audiences on the final Thursday night of the month. Set amidst the opulent surrounds of the Pacific Penthouse, the setting is transformed into the zesty world of Russian Cabaret. Red mood lighting, Russian Vodka’s and quirky Russian classics are de rigour.
Guests of Cabaret @ Moskaba can enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine in the luxurious surrounds, with its signature fish tank bar, and can order a meal from the restaurant CantinaS all while watching the show.
Cabaret @ Moskaba has certainly made its mark on the Sydney cabaret scene with performers such as Monica Trapaga, Jeannie Little, Shaun Rennie, Heydan Tee, Tamsin Carroll, Natalie Gamsu, Belinda Lemon and Kaye Tuckerman receiving critical acclaim by both patrons and reviewers alike.
CABARET @ MOSKABA WILL BE TAKING A BREAK OVER THE MONTH OF MAY BUT WILL RETURN IN JULY BIGGER AND BETTER.
